Your First Visit
1. Complete Your Information
Before your appointment, you'll be asked to provide basic information about your health history, current concerns and reason for your visit.
2. Meet With Dr. Alyssa
We'll discuss what's bothering you, how it affects your daily activities and what you'd like to accomplish with care.
3. Evaluation
An appropriate examination will be performed based on your concerns.
4. Discuss Your Options
We'll review the findings with you and explain appropriate treatment options.
5. Create Your Plan
If chiropractic or acupuncture care is appropriate, we'll develop an individualized plan based on your needs and goals.

Auto Accidents
Please let our office know when scheduling. If available, bring information regarding:
Date of accident, Insurance & Claim information, Attorney information, and Imaging or medical records.
Care for Veterans
Please bring your VA Community Care referral or authorization information. Because these services are subject to eligibility, we'll help you understand what information is needed for your visit.
